Ralph Stair of the Bureau of Standards has invented the Radio Robot, an electrical and mechanical trouble-shooter for radio receiving data. It is almost a human detective in finding radio troubles, testinng and "pepping up" vacuum tubes, testing radio parts and complete receiving sets, both alternating-current and direct-current and is a portable power pack.
