1985-89 USA Network. I watched this on the weekends as a teen in the 80s. I've had a fondness for bad movies from a young age. I still watch Commander USA occasionally because you can find a few full episodes online on Youtube and Internet Archive. Frank Santopadre from the Amazing Colossal Podcast was one of the young writers.
