Plum

1884. Not much available for plums but I'm doing it anyway. Grapefruit, on the other hand, had so many I didn't feel like even starting that one.

Black Sunday (1960)

Directed by Mario Bava. Testing the Kanopy library streaming service playing through the new TV. Problem is I watched two crime movies last night on the laptop and it screwed up all the Recommended for You cult science fiction and horror titles I saw last night. After I watch this it will probably go back. They had my interests pegged pretty well before. I first saw Black Sunday on DVD from the library. Recommended.

Dear Sir,
There is a gentleman, rather the worse for wear, at Ryan’s 4th ward polls, who goes under the cognomen of Edgar A. Poe, and who appears in great distress, & he says he is acquainted with you, he is in need of immediate assistance.
Yours, in haste,
JOS. W. WALKER
